わが国の令和5年度税制改正により、いわゆるグローバル・ミニマム課税が導入されます。また、欧州連合（EU）をはじめとして世界各国においても同様の法制度の導入が進んでいます※1。グローバル・ミニマム課税への対応として、連結総収入金額が7.5億ユーロ（約1,100億円）以上の日系多国籍企業においては、今秋以降に本社税務部門の主導に基づき、必要情報の整理や国際最低課税額の影響額試算などの対応が本格化するものと予想されます（図表1）。
