iResearch艾瑞咨询整理Returnpath的调查数据发现，2011年上半年在中国市场仅有58%的商业许可邮件进入收件箱，大幅低于全球市场81%及亚太地区78%的平均水平，而邮件丢失率达39%，远高于全球市场12%及亚太地区16%的平均水平。
