但很多人都不理解：我明明知道去几楼，自己按一下就可以了，为什么还要安排一位工作人员帮我按？这个岗位真的有必要存在吗？甚至有人质疑，该岗位是“萝卜岗”。
上海市儿童医院保障部主任张晔告诉“医学界”，这类岗位多称为电梯司机，一般根据各个医院的实际运营情况来配备，确实存在一定成本。但它不像有些人理解的按电梯楼层那么简单，而是承担着维护医疗秩序、手术患者转运等多重职责。
